If you have dental insurance, please let a staff member know during your phone call with us, so we can do a Complimentary Insurance Benefits inquiry on your behalf with the insurance company. With that information, we will have a better idea of what your insurance covers and what out-of-pocket expenses you can expect. You are of course responsible for the total dental bill, but we work closely with our patients to help you coordinate the insurance process.
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
