On June 19 2006 we started automated anonymous surveys to follow up after an appointment to all patients who have given us their e-mail address.
I am proud of the favorable results. We have used some of the feedback to change office procedures. For instance, early results said some patients were keep waiting and we have endeavored to be on time and
start within 5 minutes of your appointment time. We have redoubled our efforts to explain your dental conditions and to be very clear on all financial matters.

One very anxious patient thought he was being funny and selected the worse choice for each question -- I have kept his responses in so you should discount them when reviewing the results below.. While
he was put directed in the dental chair on his arrival and treated immediately, he said we kept him waiting in the Over 45 minutes category. He also felt free enough to kid us about the fee for replacing
his fractured old crown with a CEREC all-porcelain crown precision milled and cemented within 90 minutes of his coming to the office (when he was happy to not have to get a temporary crown, a
gagging impression and have to come back for a second dental visit). He has been seen again and has scheduled for more treatment and to get another CEREC crown for an unsightly front tooth.
His full comments were: “Hi, I'm actually kidding in the above. For a person like me who is completely phobic about needles and
has an inherent dislike of dentists, the entire experience was fine. I'll be back in December. Have to be as I seem to be paying for
everyone's kids to get through college - and I know they are going to rely on me!

I was enormously grateful that Dr. Rosenberg took me on such short notice, and gave me so much time and care. I was also impressed by the fabulous state-of-the-art equipment that immediately

It was very considerate of Dr. Rosenberg to see me on such short notice! I had a canker sore and I
just wanted him to look at it, and he introduced me to a new technology that lasers it off! I love that you always have the newest technology to provide better care. And the assistant who helped (sorry! I

I felt that Dr. Rosenberg and all of the office personnel, showed the utmost courtesy, compassion and
understanding to me and to my situation. I could not have been more pleased or comfortable. Nov 24
I love the fact that your facility has state of the art equipment, and that you are always in the know
about the latest technologies. It is a plus that you do a cancer screening, most dentists do not. You and your staff always make me feel so comfortable. this is so important, because I am always usually a
little keyed up upon arrival. Angie is a great assistant, she knows just when to suction the mouth, if a drop of water goes on my face, she is right there to take it off. Angie is very attentive. I know I will
continue a long standing relationship with you and your staff. I know I am in very capable hands. As far as changes, I can't think of any, at the moment, if I do, I will inform you. What is a plus is the fact
that the office can see patients after 5pm, please continue this aspect, it is such a great help. Thank you for your services. I look forward to my next visit in 1/07. Happy holidays to you and all your staff.

Elina made me feel very comfortable and at ease, aware that I am terrified of the dentist. She was gentle and explained everything she was doing. The receptionist, I forgot her name!!( Pretty dark
skinned woman), was extremely warm and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Rosenberg was kind and personable (unusual in my experience for a dentist). I will definitely refer anyone I know

I spoke with Angie (I believe was her name) on the phone to make the appointment and I commented to friends afterward on how incredibly kind, accommodating, and thorough she was on the phone. Dr.
Rosenberg, I really appreciated your approach to explaining the condition of my tooth and the options I have for fixing it. I felt like you really understood my needs and concerns. I also appreciated your
words of wisdom regarding the clenching and grinding even though that was not the purpose of my visit --your attentiveness to my overall health and well-being was fantastic. I passed my doctoral
exams this morning and didn't think about the sound or feeling of the air moving by my teeth as I spoke because you did such a great job reconstructing the tooth for me. Thank you so very much for
that! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and welcome. I look forward to seeing you for my regular check-ups and I have already recommended you to my friends.

By far the best dentist in the country!!! Although I am a student and no longer have dental insurance, I
truly believe that Dr. Rosenberg and his team are worth every penny!! Particularly Elina the hygienist, she is quite amazing! :) You guys are the BEST!!!! Thank you for your continued superior service!

Everything and everybody was up to par. Dr. Rosenberg always explains via pictures or verbatim
exactly what’s going on with my condition. This extra time spent with the patient means a lot.

I made it known that I was embarrassed about my dental situation. I felt like everyone went out of their way to avoid making me uncomfortable. I respond well to positive reinforcement, so I will tend
not to avoid visits in the future. Dina, Elina and Angie were all terrific. And who knew that Dr. Rosenberg also provides stand-up comedy relief in between dental maneuvers! Thanks, everyone!

To be honest with you, I thought my experience was excellent. The only distraction was the receptionist on her cellphone.

Dr. Rosenberg's family was outstanding
Generally a great visit. I never thought I'd be excited about a visit to the dentist but I walked out
thoroughly impressed and pleased with the overall visit.
It was one of the best dental visits I ever had. For the first time in my life, I left the dentist office
without any pain whatsoever. I only had a bit of discomfort because my teeth were sensitive coming into the visit. It was a pleasure being worked on by Dr. Rosenberg. Not only was he considerate of
my dental needs, but he took the time to explain the new technology to me and did it well in a timely fashion.
It (using the Waterlase MD dental Laser) was MUCH better. Although my tooth was broken and quite sensitive (and so of course there was some discomfort), I believe with the drill it would have
been too painful to do the work.
I was so relaxed and not in pain ..
I had the best hygienist. Very thorough and explained everything.

My first and only painless dental experience. Before last visit I hadn’t seen a dentist in 8 yrs. It was my version of preventive dentistry. Your staff was excellent and put me at ease.
I am a baby when it comes to the dentist office. I called more than once to schedule an appointment but was unable to follow though. The receptionist talked to me as if she knew me and assured me that
I would be treated with kids gloves. She was 100% right. I felt comfortable and the gloves the doctor used were grape bubble gum flavored.
Elina is skilled and gentle - I appreciate her good humor and her talent. Dr Rosenberg blends deep technical expertise with an engaging and easygoing 'chairside manner.' Please don't change a thing.
