My dental hygienist, Elina and I have been taking ballet stretch classes with Anna Leiderfiend since March 2007 and have been amazed by both her talents as a teacher and the results of increased strength and mobility that we have experienced. About a year later I added one-hour Pilates Machine workout with an excellent instructor named Elena. I have also worked very well with Matt when Elena was not available at the time I needed. They have an incredible facility and a wide variety of classes and programs in dance and body movement that range from individual and couples instruction to group classes in all areas of dance.
